Returns
Return & Exchange Policy
At Sun-Day Swim, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your swimwear. If your item isn’t the right size, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure:
- Your request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
- The swimwear is in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks or damage
- All tags and hygiene stickers are still attached
We do not accept returns or refunds, only exchanges for another size or item.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept swimwear for exchange if:
- Tags or hygiene stickers have been removed
- The item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with photos and details. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same or a similar style.
Shipping
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. We will use NZ Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are currently only shipping to New Zealand and Australia.

$10 flat rate for New Zealand and $20 flat rate for Australia
